Text: Use any word processing program like Microsoft Word, Word Pad, Note Pad, etc. It’s not necessary to format your text (font, size, etc.) -- our webmaster will do that for you. Don’t put in any “hard returns” (hitting the “Return” or “Enter” key) except at the end of paragraphs.

Pictures and graphics are preferred in JPEG format. PDF’s will be given a link for viewing.

Sending to GDNA: You can simply “Copy and Paste” your text into an email. Your pictures and graphics can be attached to that email.
